These terms govern your society’s use of Omkosh. By registering your organisation, the admin accepts these terms on behalf of the committee and its members.
The first user to register a society is its Admin, with full control over settings, users and money. The Admin is responsible for who they invite and the roles they assign. Keep your credentials secure.
Omkosh is for managing genuine festival and community fundraising. You agree not to use it for fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful purpose, and to comply with your society’s bye-laws and applicable Indian law.
You retain ownership of the members, contributions, expenses and reports you record. You grant us the limited right to store and process that data solely to provide the service to you.
Societies of up to 50 members use the Free plan at no cost. Paid plans (Starter, Growth and Mandal / Enterprise) are priced by member count and billed either per festival or annually, exclusive of GST. Per-festival purchases cover a single event; annual plans cover unlimited festivals for twelve months and are credited against amounts already paid per-festival in the same year. You can stop at any time; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
We work hard to keep Omkosh available and accurate, especially during festival season. The service is provided “as is”, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
You can stop using Omkosh and request deletion of your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, after notice where reasonable.
